Our kitchen is a space for both
research and tradition.

We host chefs in residence – upcoming collaborations will be announced here. With only 12 seats, dining experiences are available by reservation. For our guests, lunch and dinner can be arranged on request. Our Bar offers small bites and Il Pingro wines for a daytime refresh or aperitivo. Both services are subject to quotation.
