Casa Cometa is looking for a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team in Maremma, Italy. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating high-quality, seasonal breakfasts and understands the importance of starting the day with a beautifully prepared meal.

The Breakfast Chef will play a key role in crafting a welcoming and memorable morning experience for our guests and resident artists by preparing thoughtful, nutritious, and visually appealing dishes. Availability for occasional lunch or dinner events may also be requested, should this be of interest, and would be arranged under a separate fee.

We are seeking someone who values fresh, seasonal ingredients and is mindful of sustainability and ecology.

The ideal candidate will possess:

– Professional cooking experience.
– Organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
– Fluency in English and basic Italian.
– A positive attitude and a passion for delivering an exceptional culinary experience.

Period: May 2026 or August 2026 (candidates may apply for either period)
