La Maremma è una terra amara venuta dal mare. Here stands Casa Cometa, an elegant farmhouse located on the coast between Marina di Grosseto and Principina a Mare. Spread out over two floors and surrounded by an impressive garden, the Casa opens onto five-metre-high ceilings, large windows, traces of ancient ruins, curated design and site-specific artistic interventions.

Casa Cometa is a real home: as such, it smells good and feels lively. It brings together a domestic dimension with an international vision. It is a place for interdisciplinary residencies and research; activities, food, wine, and events, such as yoga sessions, are also part of the life of the house.

Casa Cometa preserves a slow rhythm and a strong cultural identity. It hosts a limited number of guests: Two rooms are available for individual stays, while the remaining spaces are dedicated to chef and artistic residencies. At certain times of the year, or upon specific request, Casa Cometa can be booked in its entirety. When fully privatised, the house opens up to five double bedrooms, with full access to the shared living spaces, the garden, and the equipped kitchen.
